For homes within Chicago and its suburbs:
Long World base fee
$1,500 per day
Example…………………$3,000 - $4,000 to close a full, one-bedroom condo
Clients keep 100% of the proceeds from their Loved One's sold, consigned, or auctioned valuables.
All sales are authorized by the Client.
For homes outside of Chicago and its suburbs:
Long World base fee
$1,500 per day
+
Facilitator’s travel expenses
+ travel expenses to and from a Loved One’s city of residence
+ truck rental
+ lodging
Example…………………$4,000 - $5,000 to close a full, one-bedroom condo
Clients keep 100% of the proceeds from their Loved One's sold, consigned, or auctioned valuables.
All sales are authorized by the Client.
